Hello !!!
My name is Vero and this is my first blog ever !! :o)
I'm a Weight Watcher newbie, and I'm now starting my 5th week.
I lost :
- 3,2 on first week
- 1,7 on second week
-0,6 on third week
-0,2 on fourth week
I have a wonderful boyfriend named Adam, he is 25 years old and I adore him more than anything. He also has a little 3 year old munchkin named Jordano which I also adore!!!
I used to be ''skinny'' even though I really thought I was fat...
Seeing my ''old skinny'' pictures on facebook break my hearts evry time... I just dont understand why I was so unconfortable with my body back then...Seeing those pictures now, makes me realise that I wasn't fat at all before, not even close!
I gained about 35 pounds in less than 2 years, I've been trying to lose that weight for a long time...
I am still wondering why I gained so much weight without changing any habits... I guess its just my body! :o)
I will post about my ups & downs, as well as my reason to stay on points, or my NSV! ...
Here's my first NSV : We went to a restaurant with my family yesterday, evryone ate chicken wings, except me! They had nothing healthy back there, even their salad was disgusting, so I finally ordered a chicken ceasar salad, without sauce, and without cheese. Ended up eating my salad with Red Hot sauce since they only had Ranch dressing...Yuck!!
I have to admit, salad is pretty good with Red Hot!!! Lol
I just came back from my 4th WI and I'm disappointed, I only lost .2 pounds...
Adam & I will start doing more exercise on Monday, we're starting the : Couch to 5k training...
Mixing walks and jogs every day for 10 weeks until we would be able to run a 5k marathon...
Can't wait to start that and see the pounds melt away !!! :))
